Allow bookings in the past

Your customers or employees may be familiar with this: They are sitting - for example - in the telephone booth at 2:05 p.m., but have missed booking in for 2:00 p.m..

This scenario is now solved with Locaboo: Enable bookings in the past. And this can be flexibly controlled according to customer group and/or resource.

This makes it easy to add times later, as well as to book a slot that is partly in the past.

Personalised welcome page for invitations

When you invite your customers or employees to use Locaboo, they will now land on a new personalised welcome page.

The colour scheme and logo are taken from your platform settings. You can define the welcome text yourself in your settings.

Your customers or employees can define a password and start directly with Locaboo.

Check-in: Automatic release of the slot if not present

If a customer or employee does not show up for a booking, the booking slot can be released automatically. This increases the efficiency of your booking and immediately releases unused resources.

You can define in minutes or hours how long the booking is displayed as occupied without a "check-in". After expiry, the slot is released and can be booked again for all other customers or employees.

The booking slot is only released if the booking is free of charge (without price) or if the booking has not yet been invoiced. If the booking has been prepaid, the slot cannot be released.

New statistics for closing times

The statistics for closing times provide you with information about which resources were completely closed in which period. You can apply all known filters to this new statistic.

This function is now available in the statistics section of your Locaboo account.

Display comments in the calendar

Internal and public comments are now clearly displayed in the booking hover in your calendar.

New filters in the participant list

In the participant list of the participant manager (also in the course administration/seminar administration), you now have two new filters that make it easier for you to find participants. You can now filter according to customer group or price group and display suitable participants.

Improved search for customers/employees

Searching for customers is now much easier and faster for you and your managing staff (users).

From the search result, you can also switch directly to the processing view of the customer.

Booking title optional as mandatory field

In your booking settings, you can now optionally define whether the booking title should be a mandatory field for your managing employees (users) or for your booking employees or customers, or whether it can remain empty.
