New facelift
The Locaboo surface has been given a new coat of paint.
Thanks to the facelift, Locaboo now appears even fresher and more modern. In general, nothing has changed in the functions. You will find everything in the usual place.
Export for activities and notifications
You can now export all activities and notifications as a CSV file. To do this, click on the "bell" at the top right of your user name. Afterwards, an "Export" button is available for both the activities and the notifications.
All entries that are currently visible will be exported. So adjust your selection for the export beforehand.
Show responsible employee on invoices
When you create or edit an invoice, you can now select a"responsible employee". This is displayed right-justified at the height of the invoice recipient. The name as well as the email address and telephone number will be displayed.
With this new function, you can select the appropriate employee who will then be responsible for your customer in the event of a query.
Of course, if no employee is selected, nothing will be printed on the invoice.
Colors for customer groups
From now on, you can also assign a color to customer groups. This will then be used as the background color of the slot in the calendar.
Please note that the customer color has a higher priority than the customer group color.
