1.customer activate/deactivate

You can now more easily activate or deactivate access for your customers. A deactivated customer will no longer receive access to their Locaboo customer account. You can find the activate/deactivate checkbox at the bottom of a customer's edit view.

2.sort, search & filter by keywords for courses/seminars

In the course and seminar widget, your customers now have the option of sorting available courses or seminars by date, title or an individual sorting order. In addition, filtering according to keywords defined by you is possible. You can store these keywords for each course/seminar and use them again and again. The search rounds off the offer for your customers

3. additional input field for customers in the checkout (optional)

You can activate an additional input field in the checkout so that customers can enter a comment when booking. You can choose the name of the input field yourself. You can activate this function under "Settings" / "Booking".

4.define order and fields for columns in lists yourself

Create your personal list views. Simply determine the columns used and the order yourself. In each list view you will find a symbol with "three dots" on the right above the table. Click on it to open the configuration view, where you can select and arrange the order and the displayed columns yourself via drag & drop.

Clicking on "Restore default" resets the view to the default setting of Locaboo.

5. processing booking requests + customer notification

Booking requests can now be processed. Send all changes with a personal message directly to your customers. Your customers will be informed about the changes and the message by email. In the customer account, the customer can also view the change and react to it via message.

6.New "Timepicker" (optional)

Under "Settings" / "Calendar" the new "Timepicker" can be activated, which is currently in the beta phase. The timepicker is linked to the setting "Activate time selection steps", because with the new timepicker only certain times are offered for selection. This enables a much faster and more efficient slot booking.

7.Delete users in a data protection compliant manner

Delete user data in a data protection compliant manner with Locaboo. For each user type (customer, user, person, service provider) you will find the "Delete" button at the end of the editing screen. After confirmation, all personal data will be permanently deleted.
