1. datev export

To automate your accounting, you can now add the Datev-Export add-on. Please contact our sales team for activation.

Besides Datev, there are other export options for your accounting and financial systems. Please also ask us if your accounting system is not yet included. We are looking forward to your message on sales@locaboo.com.

2. booking request despite conflict

Do you want to allow booking requests despite conflict or an existing booking? Because if you want to allow a special event, for example, you can easily realize this with Locaboo.

In the "Settings" under "Booking", in the "General settings" tab, you will find the checkbox"Allow booking request in case of conflict for customers in widget".

If you activate this checkbox, the customer will see the option to send a booking request in the booking calendar despite the "conflict". It is then possible for the customer to go through the checkout process and submit the booking request as usual.

3. new check-in page

When your customers/employees scan the QR code (or NFC chip) at the resource, they are now taken to an enhanced check-in page. All the settings you have made take effect here. Also, if the customer/employee wants to add a new booking, they can do so from here.

4. edit settled bookings

Settled bookings can be edited by users from now on. However, only the input fields that do not influence the accounting, such as comments or free text fields.

5. edit partially settled bookings (split booking)

As described in 4., you can now edit all input fields for settled bookings that do not affect the settlement. However, if a booking has been partially settled, the booking can now be "split". All booking instances that have already been settled will remain. All unbilled booking instances will be moved to a new booking and can then be edited as desired.

When saving the booking, a preview window appears, how the booking would be divided. In the left columns you can see the settled bookings and the bookings crossed out, which would then be moved to a new booking accordingly.

6. extension export of bookings

When exporting bookings, we have added more columns:

  • Booking status: Draft, Live, Completed, Canceled;
  • Billed or unbilled.

7. search for customers in the calendar

In the calendar search for users, a new selection field is now available, with which you can search for bookings of the selected customer.

8. improvement of the usability of the week view

In the week view, where you have to scroll vertically, we have now integrated an improved scrollbar. This is permanently visible and helps you to navigate better vertically in the week view.

9. booking rules for "guests

From now on, the booking rules of the standard customer group apply to all "guests" and all customers/employees who are not logged in to the widget. This means that you no longer have to make separate settings for customers/employees who do not belong to a customer group.
