1. SAP interface for accounting data

From now on, accounting data can be transferred via interface to the double-entry financial accounting in SAP. If you are interested, please contact our support.

2. customer group prices for inventory & services

If you work with customer groups, you can now decide which price for which inventory or service should apply to which customer group. Takting and relay prices can thus also be configured for specific customer groups.

3. ePayBL Payment Integration

From now on you can integrate the following payment methods via ePayBL:

  • giropay
  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Prepayment and invoice
  • SEPA Direct Debit
  • paydirekt

4. cancellation according to customer groups with fee

Cancellation fees can now be defined in the booking settings. You can set cancellation fees according to resource, customer groups and time periods as a percentage % or in Euro €.
If the cancellation function is active, the customer can cancel the booking in his customer account. If a fee is due, it will be charged directly to the customer after confirmation.

5. automatic invoice creation & sending (optional)

For your regular customers you can activate automatic invoice creation and automatic invoice sending. Here you can define different rules - either per customer or customer group. Furthermore, you can decide in which cycle (e.g. every week, every month, every quarter or every year) the invoices are created or sent. With the email log, the dispatch can be checked.
With the setting "Send invoice" the invoices are created, released and sent directly by email to the customer's email address. With the setting "Prepare invoice" the invoice is created, but not released and not sent. The dispatch can then be done manually, e.g. after checking.

6. placeholders in reminders (email notifications)

Placeholders in the reminder emails allow for better recipient targeting. The following placeholders are available: Company, First name, Last name, Booking link.
With the booking link you can lead the user directly to his customer account. This can be used e.g. for the notice to cancel or edit his booking (see 7.).

7. edit bookings in the customer account

Customers can now edit bookings in the booking list.
The booking includes e.g. title and description, as well as free text fields that are enabled for customer editing.
