1. conflict check before saving

We have significantly increased the speed of conflict checking by changing the workflow. Conflicts are already checked during the entry of booking data.

You cannot save the booking until the conflict check is complete.
The booking can be saved if there are no conflicts.
If there are conflicts, they can be solved in the "List of all bookings" or by clicking on "Solve". The booking can also be saved with conflicts.

In the "List of all bookings" you can resolve conflicts in several ways:

  • Edit time or resource of a booking instance.
  • Delete booking instance of this booking
  • Delete booking instance of the existing booking

2. automatic conflict resolution

The former "Extended conflict check" has been renamed to "Automatic conflict resolution". You can still activate this for every resource. It contains the following functions, which you can use for the conflict check of series appointments:

  1. Resolve conflicts manually
    Here you have all the functions for resolving conflicts (see 1.) at your disposal.
  2. Cancel all existing bookings that would create a conflict with this booking. Customers will be informed about the cancellation automatically via email.
    The automatic email can be configured under "Settings" / "Booking" / "Email booking cancellation conflict manager".
  3. Save all possible bookings without conflict. The customer will automatically receive an email with the total overview of possible or not possible bookings.

3. drag and drop in the calendar

In the calendar, you can move bookings - whether single, series or seasonal bookings - via drag&drop. Furthermore, you can change the start and end time of the booking just as conveniently via drag & drop.
For series bookings, you can decide whether only the selected booking instance or the entire series should be changed.
If the entire series is to be changed, existing exceptions will be taken into account.
Bookings in the past are also taken into account.

4. control serial bookings more flexibly

In the booking sidebar you have the possibility to create flexible series bookings in the weekly repetitions. Thus, for example, you can set a series booking several times a day or on certain days of the week.

5. separate control for seasonal bookings

If a resource has "Season booking" enabled and a season is active at the time of booking, the "Season" booking mode is displayed separately and can be configured as usual.

6. new HTML editor

The HTML editor, which can be found in many places in Locaboo, has now received the latest update. The "Source Code" button makes it easier for developers to edit integrated HTML code.
