1. new widget: request form
In some cases it is necessary to make the booking calendar not publicly visible. For this case, a new widget is now available for your website integration.
The new widget"Request form" contains the same configuration options as all other widgets, but with the difference that all requests end up as a booking request in your dashboard. You can then process the request as usual.
2. integrate locations on the booking platform
Publish all information about your locations on your booking platform. You can optionally activate your locations for the booking platform, deposit a picture and attach further information and notes.
Each location is available via its own URL on your booking platform.
3. define keywords for resources and locations
From now on, you can store"keywords" with your resources and with your locations. If the resources or the locations are activated for the booking platform, you can thus inform your customers and employees about the advantages or features of the resources or locations.
4. locaboo app is replaced
The Locaboo app, which is currently available for download in the Apple AppStore and Google Playstore, will be replaced by the more modern web app of the Locaboo platform and will be further expanded in the future.
To make the transition as easy as possible, your customers as well as employees will soon receive a notice to easily and quickly switch to the Locaboo webapp.
5. filter to hide drafts and cancellation bookings in the calendar.
From now on, two additional filters are available in the calendar view settings.
You can use the"Draft/Option" or"Canceled" checkboxes to specify whether corresponding bookings should be displayed or hidden in your calendar. These settings are also saved as part of your calendar "Preferences" - if available.
